Viña Albali Rosado

Origin: This intense rosé is made 100% from the Tempranillo variety. The fermentation on the skin process lasts until the expressive colour that is required of the wine is achieved. It is characterised by its freshness, supported by a fine structure.

Wine preparation: After being fermented on the skin for a short time, the must is carefully treated using the latest technologies.

Tasting notes:  A deep, bright rosé in the glass. A clean wine that presents a fine fruitiness, typical of the variety, such as strawberry and blackcurrant.  The well-melded acid is crowned by a lengthy finish. A rosé that combines the fresh properties of a white wine with the density of a red wine. A jewel of a rosé!

Recommendations: This wine is particularly well-suited to accompanying gratins, soups, fish and seafood. Ideally, it is served at around 8° to 12° C.
