Viña Albali Verdejo

Origin: In Spain the Verdejo variety is a byword for fruity, light white wine pleasure! The variety is typically described as presenting: herbs and spices, aniseed, nuts and honey.

Wine preparation: The grapes are picked at night to avoid undesirable tones from a temperature of over 10° C. Fermentation is temperature-controlled at around 16° C.

Tasting notes: A pure, noble white wine, yellowy-green in colour. Tropical fruits and freshly cut grass dominate to nose. A discreet acidity and low alcohol content promise a harmonious wine with freshness and fruit in the aftertaste.

Recommendations: This wine goes superbly with fish and rice recipes and any type of seafood. It is recommended that it is served at 7° to 9°C.
