Viña Albali Crianza

Origin: This wine is 100% pressed from the Tempranillo variety which is extremely significant in Spanish viniculture. The grapes for this popular wine are selected carefully so that only the best grapes are used.

Variety: 100% Tempranillo

Wine preparation: It is constantly rotated during fermentation in order to attain elegant tannins and the typical aromas of red fruits. It is fermented at a controlled temperature before the wine is aged in American oak barrels for 6 months. The whole ageing process usually lasts two to three years - i.e. far longer than the guidelines for a wine with Crianza status.

Tasting notes: This wine presents a bright ruby red in the glass. To nose the new wood may be detected and it is harmoniously underlined by spicy, fruity notes. The tannin is pleasant on the palate, presenting itself first lightly, then becoming meatier and having a lengthy aftertaste.

Recommendations: It is the ideal accompaniment to grills, poultry, game and cheese. Ideally, it is served at around 16°/ 17° C. Its storage potential is a further four to six years.

Alcohol content: 13% vol.
